A new fast casual local pizza joint
Uno Pizzeria & Grill developed a new concept within their franchise, to create a fast casual local pizza joint. This new concept was harkening back to the roots of the original Pizzeria in Downtown Chicago, the mood board was based off of the original location. I was given the task to combine the nostalgic with a slight contemporary look & feel.
Creating a New Dining Enviornment
From choosing the interior colors, to developing the menu panels, signage, exterior and digital advertising, merchandising displays and packaging, I wanted the customer to feel like they were ordering food from their local market, where all the produce was right out back, even though they were in the heart of a major city.
